The chargers are designed based on our patent technology “resonance voltage type dual loop control power transformation”, feature high efficiency, high reliability, loss, small size and light weight. The products cover a range of chargers are of 750V, 700V, 600V, 400V output and etc. the maximum output power of mono charger is 15KW. Equipped with standard RS485 interface port, easy connection. Can meet all size charging stations.

 

 

Charger features 

    • Completely soft switching, high efficiency, low loss
    • Built in diode at DC output end, enable hot swapping
    • RS-485 interface port, easy communication
    • Output over voltage protection: no output once the output voltage exceeds the threshold and the fault light is on. Self recoverable. Threshold: 1.05Vmax±5V
    • Output current limit: the max output current is limited 105% rated output current
    • Short circuit protection: the output voltage drops to 0 once short circuit and current is kept 15% of rating current. The rectifier can keep undamaged under short circuit and resume to work after troubleshooting;

     

    • Parallel protection: built in parallel protection circuit. The fault charger will stop without any influence to other chargers. Self recoverable after trouble shooting. 
    • Current share: automatic current share between chargers 
    • Over temperature protection: Auto power off once the radiator temperature exceeds 85°C resume after temperature decreases
    • Battery reverse connection protection: on output

 Digit display

  • Voltage, current, alarm and power off information
  • V/A Switch button for display the output voltage and current alternately
  • 3 digitals display, the voltage accuracyis ±0.5V (±0.1V of 48V/24V), current accuracyis ±0.2A.
  • View fault code by pushing V/A Switch button when alarms
  • Display OFF when push the V/A Switch button when the rectifier module is off.

 Display switch button

The Display Switch button is used to switch what LED displays. If output voltage info on the LED screen, get the output current info by pushing the switch button. When push again, get output voltage back. 

 Manual adjusting voltage button

Two buttons embedded in the panel are used to adjust the output voltage in the manual mode. The output voltage will get down 2V when push left button“∨”. And the output voltage will rise 1Vwhen push the right button“∧”.

 

Fault Display

 

The alarm information in fault code is displayed in the LED screen. The fault code

 

definition is as table 3-14. Press the V/A Switch and get the voltage info back in the screen.

 Communication Function
