The prepress equipment can efficiently drive the air out of the powder, make the main press process smoothly, efficiently prevent the products from center cracked, top cracked, wide cracked or shell opened defects, so as to improve the product quality.
Operator can input all the production related parameters in the PC, then the machine will produce by following the presetting parameters automatically, and will auto kick the defects by the executive mechanism
During the running time, the Program Control will automatically fill oil to regarding parts per the producing status, preventing medicine from being polluted.
The Self-detect System can automatically display and alarm the current fault, and the Operating Panel window has been strengthened, can efficiently secure the equipment and staff from being damaged and hurt.
