This newly-designed and high efficient non-hole clothing machine is designed according to the product structures of GS from Italy .it is an ideal new generation high-efficient film packing equipment for the medicine factory at home. The best features of this machine are to change the multi-hole structure on the surface of the cylinder of the packing machine pop in the on the surface of the cylider of the packing machine pop in the international marker improved by adopting the multi-hole baffle soaked strutrue ,with simplifies the exhaust system in order to dismantle and repair conveniently .it also assures sealing the air system better. This high-efficient non-hole packing machine has got the same performance with the traditional one ,which can pack tablets and capsules also pack water-bearing film packing, In addition, it can make droplets and film with original droplets ,for example ,re-packing from sugar or other crystal-core-generating (mutual ) adapt into droplets and ball-shape capsule or by feeding pond adhesive liquid to expand to produce droplets of mutual or active droplets.

Principle of work
The tablet cores (including micro pills,and small pills,etc.)to be film coated make continuous complicated orbital motion within a closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline stirrer. Controlled by computer and according to the technological process and reasonable technological parameters ,they are automatically sprayed with film coating medium whi1e hot air under a controlled negative pressure is led in from one side of an air distributing pipe at the center of the drum ,clean hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers and is discharged after being collected to the other side of the air distributing pipe by a pore duckbill-shaped(or oval) air paddle embedded in the tablet core layers,so that the film coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly and evenly ,thereby forming a layer of solid, compact.neat and smooth surface film.
