SS type three-column top manned discharge centrifuge

SS tripod upper-discharge centrifuge is used for separating suspending liquid from slimy, hydrophilic grains of materials in middle size or like fiber. It is widely adopted in dehydration of textile and foodstuff. SS model centrifuge is a tripod upper-discharge centrifuge, which can be operated intermittently. The series has the following advantages, such as simple structure, reliable function, east to operate and maintain. The filter time can be set at will and the filter residue can be washed completely. The solid-phase grain is not damaged easily. The machine is used in the dehydration of the fabric, which has been dyed and washed. It is widely adopted in chemical, pharmaceutics, food, printing and dyeing, textile industry and environmental-protection.
Electric motor drives revolving drum to revolve at a high speed by clutch £¬material is added from the head of revolving drum. Liquid phase discharges through filter cloth and filter opening in the drum wall, solid phase is left in the revolving drum.
