High Output 30 SMD LEDs - Cone Ended Festoon Lamp.
This cone-end LED Festoon replaces Perko 0070DP1CLR (Fig. 70), Forespar (WN-211), Hella, and other 42mm (1-5/8" or 1-11/16") through 44mm cone-end festoons in anchor lights, steaming lights and navigation lights.
This bulb will also fit NEWER Aqua Signal Series 25 lamps that were built after about August of 2010. If your Aqua Signal fixture is older than that, please choose our barrel-end (dimple) style. This cluster uses 30 high-output mini-SMD LEDs, giving it the brightest possible output in this form-factor.
How to choose output color: For clear lenses (Anchor Light, Stern Light, or Masthead Light) choose Cool White. For Bi-Color lenses choose Warm White. For fixtures with a single-color lens, choose Red for Red and Green for Green. These choices will give you the best output and color.
These lamps are designed to minimise EMI, unlike other similar looking lamps sold for non marine use. We utilise specially designed PCB layouts which avoid tracks acting as antenna that radiate EMI (electromagnetic interference).
NOTICE: This bulb does not fit the two-bulb powerboat stalk-mounted fixtures from Perko (Series 1100 two-bulb fixtures) that use the Perko Fig. 71 bulb. See Perko 31mm bulbs if you have this fixture.
Please regularly check that your navigation light fixtures are water tight. Gaskets harden over time and poorly sealed cable entries are prone to leaking. This is very important for bow mounted fixtures that can be submerged occasionally in heavy seas. Our warranty specifically excludes damage to LED lamps due to salt water contamination.
