1) The quality of the cubic zirconia
We provide 5A, 4A, AAA, AA and A Grade Cubic Zirconia. The CZ melting point is 2340~2550°C, keeping color under high temperature when casting.
2) Customized design
Yeah. We can make both customized designed products according to the drawing or samples of both gemstone and jewelry you supply.
3) Get the quotation
Please send more details, such as material, shape, color, size, application, quantity, quality, and special demand etc. That may help to offer the exact price.
4) The minimum order quantity(MOQ)
The MOQ is normally 100pcs or 1KG for each size and color. It depends when in stock or custom made. Larger quantity, better price.
5) Sample
Small amount samples in stock are free and you only need to pay for the freight fee.
6) Payment method
Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Ali-escrow, T/T is OK.
7) Time
Product Jewelry: 20-30 days.
Product Gemstones: 5-15 days. (Depends on the quantity)

8) Safety Guarantee
All the gemstone you received are lead free, Cadmium free and Phthalates content not detected than 0.1%. The test report is provided when requiring.
9) After-sale Service
The tracking number will be sent by e-mail after shipped.
Please contact us by email and briefly describe the damages with pictures.
30 days warranty is provided after receiving the package. However, the used or damaged factitiously items are not acceptable returned.
