Introduction:
General features
l Electric machine cluth, enclosed with alarm bell,when the machine moves forward,alarm bells shall continuously sound for caution to ensure safety of operating workers
l The plane electric inching device enables fast and accurate adjustment 360°forward and backward phase adjustment can be made whether the machine is operating or stoped
l When the machine is stopped, the anilox roll will be raised from the printing plate surface automatically ,to avoid staining it
l The automatic idle-running function of the rubber roll can prevent the ink from drying when the operation is paused
l The printer is equipped with electric counter ,which accurately control the quantity of the printed paperboard
l Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, thus reducing the noise ,prolonging the service life of the gears, and improving the accuracy of process printing
l Pneumatic membrane pump is adopted to automatically convey the ink
l Paper trimming and scoring device can be equipped as an option
