Two-roller straightening machine units with high precision are mainly used for the accurate straightening and calendaring of bars which have been peeled or bright bar after by grinding. Meanwhile, they can also be applied to straighten black bars and precisely-forged round bars. As straightening and calendaring are done simultaneously, the work efficiency is high.
The machine is divided into two types: two-beam and four column model and frame structure model. Two-beam and four column model can eliminate gap mechanically. frame structure model can eliminate gap hydraulically. And it is designed with hydraulic protection system for overload, so that different choices can be made according to different needs.
