Cheap peeling bar turner for sale
Series WXC centerless lathe is the highefficiency lathe which is specialized in rough and precise processing of the metal bars surface. It removes the decarburized layer, cracks and other defects from the surface of the bars with high precision.
In the working process, the metal bar doesn’t rotate and just walks forward. The cutter tools are driven to rotate by the cutter head to rotate fastly to peel the surface of the bars.
Advantages compared with the general lathe
1. The over-long metal bars or the wire rods can also be processed.
2. The precessing speed: 1~12m/min which is several times faster than the general lathe.
3. High precision. The diameter tolerance ≤IT9 while the surface roughness ≤6.3μm after peeling. The surface roughness can be less than 0.8μm if our straightening machines are used afterward.
