Characteristics:
1. Series WXC Peeling machine is a high-efficiency lathe which is speicialized in rough processing and finishing of the surface of slender shaft.
2. Not only quickly remove surface hardened layer, cracks and other defects, but also can get high precision.
3. During processing, the bar itself doesn’t rotate. The cutter head drives the tools rotating at high speed to peeling the surface of the bar. At the same time, after peeling , the bar keeps walking straight ahead.

CNC Skiving roller burnishing machine
1. it can process inner diameters from Ø40 to Ø250 and the lengths of 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 6m, 9m, and 10m
2. Processing speed is nearly 20 times that of honing.

CNC piston rod polishing machine
it mainly applied to polish before and after the plating of piston rods by pass-type dyr polishing.
