Compound fertilizer product line
Introduction

The whole product line include batching machine, mixer ,crusher, granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packing machine etc.
Mixer:Alternate stirring feeding, to ensure continuous evenly feed drum granulator.
Crusher: Crush the large materials get from mixing port into small particles
Granulator: Mainly made particles, which is the core part of fertilizer product line.
Dryer: Consists of drying furnace and dryer. Drying furnace use the coal to generate heat, supply to the dryer in finishing secondary granulation and drying.
Cooler: Cooling for the dried particles.Grain moisture to further reduce, slightly lower temperature, grain hardness is larger, more difficult to crush
Screening machine:Particles after cooling send by the elevator to first screening machine, first screening machine screens the large particles.Then through the conveyor belt to second crusher,after crushing send to granulator to secondary granule.
Dust chamber:Dust will return to the dust chamber using the ultra-competitive principle, can reduce the workshop dust, also can save raw materials
Coating machine:Put on powder and coating at the same time, the coated particles are oily, luster, make the grain is beautiful
Packing machine:Finished product according to the weight set for automatic weighing, and screwing bags

Conditions:
Payment: T/T, 30% deposit as advanced payment, the balanced paid before the delivery or paid by irrevocable L/C at sight.
Delivery time : 7-15 days after receive the advanced payment.
Packing: single machine with wooden box, product line with nude packing in containers.
