Product Description
1.Series WXC Centerless lathe ,which includes semi-automatic hydraulic and CNC type, is a high-efficiency lathe which is specialized in processing and finishing the rough surface of slender shaft.
During processing ,the bar doesn't rotate.The cutter head rotate the tools to peel the bar surface at
a high speed.Main machine consists of the bed ,main bearing, air/oil lubrication system, front-clamping pinch feeding and rea-clamping extracting,front guide and middle-rear guide system ,main driving system .
2.Air/Oil lubricationi system could lubricate
and protect the mainshaft bearing .It is
composed of pump,oil and air distribution
block and air processing components.
3.Cutting liquid circulation cooling system consist of recycle water pump, pipeline,nozzle.
4.High pressure water pump takes the cooled
cutting liquid from reservoir through pipeline,
and transport it to the nozzle of cutter head ,t
hen spray it on the tools and chips. By this way ,
it can take most cutting heat away and enter into
chip conveyor month .
5.Chip conveyor is provided by our supplier.
The scraps is taken away through the chain
plate and driving belt and recyled.
6.Hydraulic system iscomposed of pump
set of motor, controllingvalves,hydraulic
oil tank and pipeline. The cylinders in
feeding condition can clamp and loosen
the bar.
7.Electrical system includes power supply
system and control system. By the integration
of one power distribution cabinet and one button
station ,all electrical parts such as transimission
system ,feeding system ,cooling system ,hydraulic
system,chip conveyorand auxiliary machine could
be controlled .
