The process flow of chain producing is wire stretching, annealing, bending, welding, first calibrating and testing, heat treatment, resting, polishing,surface treatment.
1. Auto chain bending machine:
With high lever of automatic,stable and reliable motions and convenience in commissioning and operation,and it can be operated by step,semi-automatically and automatically.
2.Auto chain welding machine
The machines are equipped with fully automatic welding ,deburring and chain feeding devices. The equipment also can be operated manually.
3.Auto chain calibrate machine:
Round steel chains after welding are automatically set with a given testing force or to a given length while being calibrated and tested.All travel paths and forces are electronically measured,digitally displayed and registered.
4.Chain queching machine:
The heat treatment using queching by intermediate frequency and back fire,the electric power with intermediate frequency adopt the electrical compenents which is high quality,and can meet the requirement of the good quech,so the chain will be in good anti-wear at the R point of the chain.
