OCL-OLC-H High Temperature Resistance Fluid Loss Control Agent in OBM for Drilling Fluid
OCL-OLC-H is a type of oil-based drilling fluid loss additive high effectively in anti-high-temperature. It is increasing molecular weight of fluid loss agent and high-temperature controlling by the molecular structure designing and high-temperature condensation, improving the compounds’ oil phase state in the presence of high-temperature, thereby improving its sealing and fluid loss controlling performances. OCL-OLC-H, at different temperatures, for improving fluid loss performance is very obvious, and it has a very good stability of resistance to high temperature, which is up to 230 ℃, thus making it a fine fluid loss additive among oil-based drilling fluid. OCL-OLC-H fluid loss additive is different from the pitch-based fluid loss additive. It won’t disperse into particles in oil-based drilling fluid, impact the oil-based drilling fluid’s rheology and repeat use, reduce ROP and etc, in addition, it has a good environmental performance. OCL-OLC-H has no adverse effects on rheology of oil-based drilling fluid system, an has a good compatibility with the system's other treatment agents.
