XP-2 Defoamer for Drilling Fluids Defoamer Drilling Fluids
XP-2 is a mixture of polyether. It reduces the foaming tendencies of water-base muds. It is Compatible with freshwater and saltwater drilling fluids. The product has a good stability and can be used in low solid non-disperse polymer drilling fluids and disperse drilling fluids.
It can control effectively foam of drilling fluids in freshwater and saltwater.
Can be applied extensively, it can be used not only in low solid non-disperse polymer drilling fluids but also in disperse drilling fluids.
No harm for given surroundings.
The normal dosage is 0.18-0.35ppb.It also can adjust the dosage according to the amount of foam.
