OCL-BST-II Oil/Gas Reservoir Non-Invasive Protecting Agent Drilling Fluid
OCL-BST-II is developed according to the latest oil/gas reservoir protecting mechanism as notified by the American Petroleum Institute. The core technology is to use biopolymers which contain soluble, part-soluble, insoluble parts in oil, water and acid. This product can be used in a wide HLB range, and can form non-invasive membranes on the permeable or micro-fractured oil & gas path by the absorbing of special chemical radicals of biopolymer. Therefore it can prevent the loss of drilling fluid and can improve the inhibition of formations.
OCL-BST-II has high temperature resistance and can be stable at 392℉.It is compatible with all kinds of drilling muds and it does not affect the rheological properties of the drilling fluids and can also reduce filtration (sand), sometimes can even achieve none filtration. This product enhances the related block removing technology, Acidizing and negative pressure plug removals by reverse flows can be used.
It can be used in oil/gas reservoir over 392℉;
To be added before when drilling through oil/gas reservoirs the recommended dosage is 7ppb
Be fully mixed after it is added to completion fluid.
