OCL-HCE Rapid Drilling Agent Drilling Fluid Additive
OCL-HCE is combined of non-toxic mineral oil and many kinds of surfactants with physical and chemical reaction. It has excellent lubricating performance. When added into the drilling fluid, it forms a layer of film among the drilling bit, and other drilling tools. It can significantly reduce the wear of the drilling tools in the drilling process and adhesion sticking accidents, and it can extend the drilling tools’ life. It is compatible with all kinds of oil-based drilling fluids and water-based drilling fluids and has no effect on mud rheological property and also has an act on controlling fluid loss. This product is convenient for transportation, no poison and no harm to environment.
It can be used in oil-based and water-based drilling fluids to decrease the friction coefficient, and develop the drilling rapid of machinery.
It improves mud cake effectively.
The recommended dosage ranges is 0.5%-1.5%.The dosage can, however, be increased for complicated well; this depends, however, on the drilling properties and given downhole complications.
