23 years experience PVC sheet machine extrusion line
This machine is composed of Two extruders(Φ 90,Φ 60),screen changer, melt pump, mould, roller calender, effect of frame, cold station, air cooling rack, haul-off unit and cutter, conveyor.
(1) : product raw material: ABS granules
(2): product maximum width: 900 mm;
(3) : the thickness of product: 1-4 mm;
(4) : the maximum extrusion yield: 150-200 kg/hr. ( around 170kg/hr)
(5) : the machine power: total machine 160 kw (heating power 70 kw), normal operation of the actual power about 100 kw.

replacement and the repair Free of Charge. But after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, we will provide long-term technical assistance.
Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine. Xingxu Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper
operation of workers.
