Brief introduction:
Stainless Steel Pipe Welding Machines are designed to form steel strips into round, square or retangle pipes or special section tubes mostly for ornamental or industrial purpose.The pipes for industrial use require a finer inner surface leveling than for ornametal use.FOT steel pipe mills are designed and fabricated in accordance with industry-defined standards.
With improved metallurgy and welding process,welded pipes have taken the place of seamless tubes in many fields such as stair railing, drinking water pipes, food hygiene tubes,auto exhaust pipes,heat exchanger etc.
Process:
Uncoiling → Forming → Welding → Grinding → Straightening → Sizing → saw cutting → collecting
Line composition:
1. Decoiler
2. Forming and welding machine
3. Grinding machine
4. Straightening and sizing frame
5. Cutting machine
6. Collecting frame
Line speed: 1-12m/min
Argon arc welder is used for pipe wall thickness under 3mm.
Plasma welder will be used for welding pipes with wall more than 3mm in thickness
