Introduction
Leader high quality fruit juice refiner for litchi is mainly used to separate the nucleus and little fruit
skins from fresh fruit which have been cleaned,disinfected and peeled off the skins,it is also
used to refine the fruit pulp and fruit juice.Then the fruit pulp is conveyed to the process of next.
Working principle
Leader high quality fruit juice refiner for litchi mainly consists of hopper,rotary screen,disengaging
shaft,gearing,rack and shield.Materials get into separation region from hopper.Then at the function
of disengaging shaft with high rotary speed,the nucleus and little skins of materials are separated
from pulp.The skins and nucleus are expelled from the tail of the machine.The pulp fall into the screw
pump below and are conveyed to the process of next.

Leader high quality fruit juice refiner for litchi is mainly used to further process fruit juice
for fruit juice and fruit wine.

3.The material of squeegee have two kinds,one is polyurethane (PU)and the other is food rubber,according to the fruit and application method.
4.The complete machine is made of 304 stainless steel apart from the conveyor,it confirms to the manufacturing standard of food.
