Introduction
This soda drink cap closing machine is mainly used for sterilizing, washing, filling and capping four in one operation. The touch screen of the machine guaranteethe full automation of the filling system available for PET bottles and plastic bottles and the machine is mainlyfor the filling of soda drinks. All parts can be freely adjusted according to the bottle type, simple, quick, stable and reliable. Besides the PLC control system is adopted in the machine to run the machine automatically. With the wind sent device to send the bottle into the filling system and the bottle chain channel output using variable-speed mode, the whole machine becomes more stable and easy to handle when in corporation with the host complement. The degree of the automation is very high, and this machine is the first choice of many factories major in producing soda drinks.
Working principle
Empty bottles are sent into the filling machine through the conveying line. First, these empty bottles are washed and sterilized in the machine, then sent to the filling part, finally they are capped and delivered out through the conveying line to the next stop. The whole process is running automatically.
