1.What is Memory Foam?
Memory foam (temper foam,slow recovery foam,viscoelastic foam,low resilience etc.) is made from polyurethane with polyurethane with additional chemicals to increase its viscosity and density. It has a spherical-shaped, open-cell structure.
It is:

(ability to soften according to body's temperature, in the meanwhile, absorb the pressure to provide a supportive effect)
---weight senstitive or viscoelastic
(ability to slowly return to its original shape in a few seconds)
2.Memory foam pillow buying guide?
---Thickness: Depending on your sleeping positions. An ideal pillow should comfortably support your natural spinal curves. Too low or too high of the pillow will cause the uncomfortable for your neck and spine. People who sleep on their backs should have a pillow of low to medium thickness.Those who sleep on their sides should have a pillow of medium to high thickness. People who sleep on their stomachs usually do best with a thin pillow.
---Shape:Contoured shape will be good for the side sleeper and front sleeper. Curved shape will be good for the front sleeper. Traditional shape will be good for all kind of sleeping position.
---Firmness:Proper firmness will help maintain proper support,then preventing neck and or shoulder pain. Too hard or to soft will cuase the uncomfortable.

3.How to clean and maintain?
1.Pillow core should be placed in cool ventilated area after using 3 months.Don't exposure in the sun,Don't wet by water.
