Function:
ON/ OFF: Press ON/OFF once, unit will display the

Hold function
When you press the “ HOLD ” button
Display will hold the temperature until press the
“ HOLD ” button again.

0C Calibration:
Put the probe tip into a 0 environment (ice and water
mixture), press “CAL” button for 3 seconds to calibrate
at 0C**(This function is only activate when
temperature within -5 to 5 of 23 to 41 )**
