Description of chip monitor
DC series MetalCheck is a kind of advanced full flow online oil metal particle sensor, which detects the metal and non-ferromagnetic metal particles in the lubricating oil after wear. It provide real-time particle detection and quantitative analysis, to provide reliable, drought warning instructions for the impending failure. The reliability of the metal scanning detector is derived from the simple maintenance free design, simple installation and use, no need for cleaning, no false alarm. The mechanical condition monitoring system based on the metal scanning detector (MetaICheck) can effectively monitor the damage process of the gear box and the bearing, and provide early warning of failure, so as to avoid serious mechanical damage.
