In the normal service condition, power consumption is just 150MW. If no operation, only few miliwatts are consumed. Usually, power consumption is 0.5 W per day.

Shall not at present.
Because, A “transverter” is needed if run 2 different Zigbee system, which must meet the communication protocol of each other. The “transverter” can be made according to communication protocol. But fundamentally, 2 Zigbee systems are independent.
