l Application
By mechanical folding back rubber to replace artificial cutting rubber, triangle package and folding back rubber, making it more mechanical and reducing labor intensity, also improving production efficiency. Power of folding rubber have hydraulic type and electrodynamic type.
l Function
1.This device can replace manual cutting, picking, inverting and swaying rubber, rubber sheet or rubber material falling on conveyor belt under drum from roller, and then conveying to top of roller by conveyor belt, also can sway rubber automatically from falling off conveyor belt which can meet the requirements of automatic picking, conveying and swaying rubber. It’s optional for automatic cutter.
2.This device can achieve three or four multi machine linkage, and one person is enough for routing inspection after parameter setting. The whole line realizing computer parametric operation which is convenient for the regulation of rubber mixing process, making the rubber mixing stable and uniformal, avoiding nonuniform of rubber mixing and mixing time shortages by errors of workers; The whole rubber mixing process does not need manual operation.
