Using method
- The water in the blanching machine should be heated in advanced, the water temperature shoule be about 62°C.
- The chicken feet enter to the entrance of chicken feet peeling machine , chicken feet get full immersion scalding and cleaning .
- The water in the blanching machine should be added any time depend on consumption.
- Cleaning the machine after using . Rinse with warm water. If long-term is out of service, machine should be thoroughly cleaning.
Maintenance:
- Weekly check the transmission system lubricating conditions.
- The speed reducer use machine oil # 40 (90 or # industrial gear oil).
- Suggest four months change again. Attention! Reducers have no oil before they leave the factory
- The transmission chain and bearing grease filling calcium base oil.
- (50 hours for a maintenance cycle).
