Introductions :
1.) The water in the blanching machine should be heated in advanced,
the water temperature shoule be about 62°C
2.) The chicken feet enter to the entrance of chicken feet peeling machine
get full immersion scalding and cleaning
3.) The water in the blanching machine should be added any time
depend on consumption.
4.) Cleaning the machine after using . Rinse with warm water.
If long-term is out of service, machine should be thoroughly cleaning.
