To peel corn means not only to remove corn outside skin, but also remove corn germ, corn root and corn hilum(the black part). 6FW-D1 can help customers peel corn well clean to get best material before further making corn grits or flour.

1. The corn grits 6FW-D1 can make can be in 22 sizes depending on the market demand. Therefore, this machine can be used anywhere, no region limit.
2. For corn peeling part, customers can adjust the machine to control how much they want to peel. The best peeling performance rate is up to 98%.
3. This machine has very good grading system. After grinding parts, it has a grading system. Final output can be graded into three product which includes big size of corn grits, small size of corn grits, and corn flour.
