1.Usage
Rubber cutting machine is one of the most used equipments in raw materials processing.It mainly used to cut natural rubber,synthetic rubber,and other plastic materials into small pieces,which satisfy the requirments.Also,it is suitable to be installed near the rubber mixer.
2.Structure feathures
This rubber cutting machine is simple structure,reasonable design and convenient opration. It is mainly consisted of cutting knife,frame,cylinder,race of raw rubber and hydralic system.It adopts the unloading valve control to save the energy.
The lead protection mat is installed under the cutting knife to protect the edge of the cutting knife.When working,put the raw rubber under the cutting knife and cut it into small pieces suitable for rubber mixing by the presser of the hydraulic oil cylinder.
