This corn flour mill machine, it composed of cleaning, peeling system, smashing system, and mesh system. The machine with beautiful appearance, strong and reliable, easy to operation. One time finish cleaning, peeling, germ removal, root and hilum removal. Newly add infinite crushing system, flour wind web dust control system and second time back up dust control system. It can be adjusted to produce 22 different corn grits.
Cleaning, peeling, crushing, polishing and sieve classifying into flour, grits as per customer's different request.
Main feature
2.Unrivaled peeling efficiency, removing corn skin, corn germ, root and black hilum, final output is in consistent color without any black dot.And the corn grits comes from the hard or horny Endosperm, corn flour comes from the soft or floury Endosperm.
3.You can adjust the Fineness wheel on the right of the machine to get more than 22 sizes of corn grits from half corn seeds to corn flour.
Capacity: 400~500kg/hour.

a. whether grits are in even size
b. whether grits are with black dots (from hilum, not peeled well)
c. how grits are polished
