Translite warrants all our product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of received the goods.
If a defect exists, Translite will
(1) Within 7 days, replace new one, product & shipping free of charge.
(2) Warranty:
Option A. One(1) year, replace new one, product free of charge. Customer shall be responsible for the shipping charges.
Option B. One(1) year, we will help customer to repairs it, replacement parts free of charge, shipping charges at 20$.
(3) Lifetime after-sale service and technical support.
## All the defect products/parts, we request or insist our customer send us back for our further research & study. We will pay the send back shipping fee.

A: Please charge, discharge or use sometime.

A: Quality is priority. We have QC Department for quality inspection from beginning to the end. And we have got CE,FCC, RoHS Certificates.

2. PI will be prepared and sent for your confirmation.
3. Please send back us PI with signature and bank receipt if payment sent.
4. There will be pictures sent to you during and after production finished.
5. Shipping will be arranged after balance received.
