Functions:
*It can accurately measure the tension of warp threads and weft threads,
as well as the average tension of warp-weft threads(0-50N).
*The Values obtained are shown in Newton, thus need no conversion.
Measurement error:
Each tension meter must be subject to strict calibration prior to leaving factory
because mechanical error will occur to the cores of tension meters in the manufacturing process.
The error shall be controlled in the range of 0-18N±1N or 18-50N±0.5N. Please refer to following table for actual errors;

1.This tension meter apply to measure mesh tension,adopt accurate transmission device that develop newly,can make the instrument in measurement steady accurate reading the necessary data fast.this instrumental error valus in positive and negative 2 newton scope .
2.The tension meter is a portable, compact, mechanical tension measuring device for accurate and consistent measurement of all screen printing fabrics in Newtons per centimeter (N/cm).
3.It consists of a shock-resistant measuring base with a precision mechanical dial indicator. It works on the principle of force deflection; the unique design of the meters 3point measuring base permits accurate measurement on the screen (polyester, nylon or wire), independent of the screen frame or stretching device. Protected in a convenient, rugged plastic carrying case.
Features:
1.Substantial improvement in tension measuring methods as compared to touch control, gauging by percentage of fabric elongation, and air pressure values.
2.Accurate tension measurements will improve registration and reduce rejects, resulting in increased productivity
