VRV-A Vapor Recovery Adaptor
1) AILE 's VRV-A Vapor Recovery Valve is mounted directly onto the recovery pipe the tank truck, it is a high-flow,low pressure drop, poppeted vapor recovery fitting that permits,Simultaneous loading(1,000+GPM)of compartments without exceeding the pressure rating of pressure vacuum vents.
2) Unloading performance is also boosted by the VRV-A,s high-flow design. Proper vapor collection-with superior flow characteristics-means vents are less likely to pop open from compartment back-pressure, minimizing the potential for atmospheric vapor loss.
3) The sight glass will make detecting and draining liquids easy During an accidental overfill)which is fit for connecting to air interlock valve.

h. The valve (VRV and gasket) must be mounted as shown in the figure.
i. The gasket used should be conductive. If a non-conductive gasket is used, a conductive connection must be established via the flange screws.
j. The fixing screws must not be over tightened.
k. The fittings for the 6 mm air hoses must be mounted at the VRV interlock.
l. The vapour tightness of the valve and the gasket must be checked.
m. The electrical conductivity from the VRV across the gasket to the vapour recovery pipe must be checked.
