 SG/SGG dry type transformer 

 

1.Porducts introduction

Dry type transformer with high quality materials and advanced technology production, can be directly installed in different kind of load usage. Dry type transformer is divided into SG autotransformer and SGG isolation transformer .

 

The autotransformer  is a single ring type transformer. It is applied in the case when the voltage need to be change and no the necessity of the isolation to the place.

 

The isolation transformer is a double winding transformer. In the power grid,it not only has the function of transformer, but also can be isolated safely  from the input and output windings in electrical in order to  to avoid the dangerous which is come from the touching between the  charged body  and place at the same time. It can isolate the three harmonic which caused by the power grid. It can protect the machine being hot and prevent the life reducing of insulation material. In one word, it can play a certain inhibition to the various disturbance.

 

 

 

2.Function featuer

 

  - The internal core is using 0.35MM thick silicon steel sheet and high temperature-resistance glass envelope which has the propery of low loss, high efficiency.

   -  The internal insulation method adopts the  class B /H insulation. It is a kind of import  high temperature-resistance insulation material . It has the high coefficient to the insulation and heat resistance. And so the transformer can be sued more longer.

   - It's of reasonable design, beautiful appearance, small footprint, movable casters, mobile installation.

  - The meter display on the panel can show the accurate volatege and so it's easy to read.
 

3.Application

It's used for CNC machines and all kinds of equipments, can be applied to such power transmission and distribution places like underground railway , high building, commercial center, airport, station, wharf, enterprise, tunnel,mining industry and the power station etc, all the sites need to change voltage level and isolated for safety . It is mainly used in power supply occasions of AC 50~60Hz and voltage less than 600V. All the input and output voltage, connection group and capacity of coil winding can be designed and produced according to users’ requirements.
