5>Packing
1)If no special request, normal packing will be used:
(1)Inner Packing: Each Piece With One OPP Bag And Covered With Velvet Bag, 12pcs With Middle Opp Bag , Filled With Bubble Bag
(2)Outer Packing : Standard Export Carton With Woven Bag If Necessary
(3)Special Packing With Extra Packing Charge Is Available
2)If special tickets and cards needed, please advise in the order, and we can process with the packing according to customer's request;
3)Safety foam will be used in the CTN to protect products.
6>Delivery
1)The goods will be shipped by UPS/DH/FEDEX if the package is small ,tracking number will be advised after delivery;
2)Otherwise the goods will be shipped by Air Freight or Sea freight;
3)The balance payment should be paid before delivery.
7>Factory Visit
1)Welcome any customer to visit our factory directly;
2)If customer have any scheduling in China please let us know. We would help you book the hotel and pick up you from air port or railway station;
3)We have the showroom in our factory and show more than 100,000 different designs.
8>After Sales Service
1)We will make compensate for you if the accident made by us;
2)Claim echo: respond to the customer’s claim in 24 hrs. and submit “claim report” from the customer in 48hrs.;
3)Respond to the customer’s related questions;
4)Do the customer’s degree of satisfaction;
5)Customer’s demand assessment and confirmation.
