STRUCTURE

 

Panels and base frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.

HERMETIC COMPRESSORS

Single phase rotary compressors (mod. 5÷7) and 3-phase scroll compressors (mod.8.5÷25), with thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater mounted on rubber vibration isolators.

AXIAL FANS

External rotor type axial fans, equipped with single phase direct drive motors, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.

CONDENSER

Coils are consisting of seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, protected with flexible plastic grill.

 

REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT

Built with copper tube, complete with: filling valve, sight glass, liquid receiver, filter drier, low pressure switch with automatic reset, high pressure switch with manual reset and shut-off valves.

Heat pump also has gas-liquid separator, reversing circle valve, one-way valve and thermostatic expansion valve.

High pressure safety valve and solenoid valve are optional as request of the client.

 

EXTERNAL REGFIGERANT CONNECTION

Screw thread connection (mod. 5÷15) and copper tube welding connection (mod.20÷25).

 

ELECTRIC PANEL

consists of:  

l    Compressor contactor;

l    Compressor breaker;

l    Compressor overheat protection;

l    Fan motor breaker;

l    Fan motor capacitor;

l    Control panel breaker;

l    Phase sequence relay (mod.8.5÷25 only);

l    Fan speed regulator (mod. 12.5÷25 only)

Programmable microprocessor controller;
