Semi Automatic Small Scale Garri Making Machine
Bizoe garri making machine used wet process, and donot add any addititives; the whole line adopts mature technology, advanced equipment, scientic and rational process. The flow chart is washing and peeling--crushing--(fermentation)--dehydration and drying--frying--sieving--packaging. All machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production.
1. Flow Chart of garri making machine:
> Cleaning section
Washing dry cassava from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry cassava.
> Milling and grinding section
Grinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.
> Fermentation Section
The purpose of the Fermentation Section is to remove the poisonous substance in the fresh cassava.
> De-hydrating and drying section
Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.
> Frying section
Frying cassava powder, the garri will be production.
> Product packing section
After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer
