Application:
The machine can covert black waste lubricant oil, crude oil, shale oil and plastic oil into diesel fuel oil and Gasoline by Catalytic distillation. First let the waste oil pass through the pre-treatment device, then pump the waste oil into the heater, then heat the oil by burning the coal ( or fuel oil, gas) up to working temperature (maximum 430℃), then get the gasoline and diesel oil by distillation and catalysis, then stop heating after the reaction is finished. Once the temperature goes down below 100℃, you can feed another batch of waste oil.
After treatment:
1. Diesel oil: 84-86%;
2. Gasoline: 5-6%;
3. Waste residue: 6% to 8%
Features
