Steel hot dipped galvanized floating dock with outrigger.
Floating dock dimension: 2.5*8m (Width*Length) each section.
1. Non-slip heavy duty steel mesh shaped like crocodile mouths, mounted at both sides of the 2.5m wide floating dock.
2. Middle flooring option: wood-plastic composite flooring or grating flooring made of fiber reinforced plastic (Shortened as FRP).
3. Floats: 9 floats underneath the floating dock as support (Note: the total number of floats depends on the structure design and loading capacity).
4. Connection between each section: Connected by hinges to form long walkable floating dock over water.
5. Hand rails available as optional upon request.
Hot dipped galvanized steel floating outrigger.
1. Outrigger length can be: 6m, 8m, 10m or any other length as per requirements.
2. There are single outriggers (1.2m wide) & double outriggers (1.5m wide) available.
Different layout of marine floating docks & outriggers upon customers’ requirements & usage purpose, such as follows:
Type 1: Single outrigger & double outrigger are placed alternatively, this is the most preferred way of layout.
Type 2: All outriggers are double outriggers, these layout is for heavy-duty working conditions.
3. Customized floats are fitted with the outriggers.
4. Two kinds of connection hinges:
Type A is used to connect outriggers with the floating docks.
Type B is used to connect the outriggers with the landing beam at the dock.
5. Tie-down brackets (also called mooring eyes) at both sides of each outrigger for mooring the boats or yachts.
We can customize the floating docks and outriggers according to customers' request.
