Trailer body construction and materials
Mower holder: 2.5mm steel checker plate.
Loading ramp: 2.5mm steel checker plate
Trailer side walls, front wall & tailgate:
2.5mm steel checker plate as standard;
(Other designs are optional, such as 1.5mm flat steel sheet folded; 2.0mm, 3.0mm checker plate side walls.)
Standard box height is 300mm; box height of 350mm, 450mm, 600mm are optional.
Trailer floor:
2.5mm thick steel checker plate welded onto chassis;
(Other designs are optional, such as 3.0mm steel checker plate floor.)
Trailer mudguards:
2.5mm steel checker plate as standard;
(Other designs are optional, such as 1.5mm flat steel mudguards.)
Footstep: steel frame with mesh.
Front wall of trailer box is detachable.
Trailer tailgate is detachable and can be opened downwards or swing to the left according to customers’ requests.
Trailer light bracket offers better protection for taillights.
Trailer suspension and wheel
Standard 40mm solid round axle; (45mm, 50mm solid round or square axles are optional.)
Standard single axle trailer is with no brake. (Mechanical brake, Electric brake or hydraulic brake can be supplied upon customers’ special requirements.)
Standard 4-leaf eye-to-eye springs for single axle mower trailers.
Wheels: 2*175R14C tires (DOT certified), white powder coated steel rims as standard.

Safety chains: hot dipped galvanized, comply with Australian/New Zealand standard, with standard markings
Coupler: Australian standard 50mm ball coupling with Australian standard markings, complies with Australian standard;
1-7/8” ball casted coupling for New Zealand Market;
Jockey Wheel: swing up type with solid wheel
Trailer electric set-up
LED tail Lights and number plate lights (ADR approved or with E-mark)
7-pin plug: flat or round plugs available for choice
Wiring: standard 5-core wire cable
Cages
Steel tube: 30x30x2mm
Steel mesh is crimped type;
Steel mesh hole: 70*50*4mm
Standard cage height: 1000mm; height of cage 600mm, 900mm are optional.
The front and tailgate of the cage are of steel mesh;
The left and right side have frames only (no mesh), because customers will add plywood wall or plastic wall onto the left and right side by themselves. (Plywood wall or plastic wall are sourced by customers themselves)
The tailgate of cage is of two pieces, which can be opened to both sides.

Standard 1-7/8” ball coupler for New Zealand Market.
IV. Jockey wheel with solid wheel as standard.
Pneumatic jockey wheel is optional.
V. The loading ramp for mower is of exclusive design.
Round tube is used for easy loading & unloading, it is stronger than hinge type; The contact surface with ground is bevel, mower will not get stuck when loading or unloading.
VI. Rear light bracket is bolted underneath the rear part of the trailer. Well-designed light bracket offers better protection of lights.
VII. All mower trailers are hot-dipped galvanized.
Optional:
All mower trailers can be powder coated as optional. Color is up to the choice of the customers.
All mower trailers can be painted as optional. If painted, all mower trailers are etched primed before painting. Industrial quality enamel paint is used for durability. Color is up to the choice of the customers.
