CONVEYOR Pulleys are important components for belt conveyors. In order to meet the requirements of long-distance high-speed large-capacity belt conveyor, LIBO adopts advanced finite element method, good-quality material, optimized technical process and large high-precision machines to produce good-quality and long-life pulleys.
For Heavy Pulley and Middle Pulley, rubber lagging is required according to practical conditions.
The lagged pulley can effectively improve the operating condition of belt conveyors, protecting the steel pulley from abrasion; with the diamond-pattern or herringbone-pattern rubber lagging, it can increase the surface friction of conveyor, effectively avoid the sliding friction between the conveyor pulley and rubber belt, reducing the belt slip and material cementation on the pulley surface and thus reduce the belt off tracking and abrasion, making the rubber-lagged pulley and belt rotate in-phase, and guarantee that High-performance and large capacity belt conveyor is in good working conditions.
We own complete manufacture lines, including the cutting of all parts, rough and elaborate processing, fitting-up and whole-set assembly.
There are more than 800 employees in total, including 244 engineers. Among these technical staff, 109 R&D personnel for engineering departments, 66 sales engineers for sales department and 69 welding engineers, Equipment engineers,Process engineers and QC engineers for producing department.
