1.Japan YASKAWA servo motors and drivers, world famous brand,very powerful,stable,low noise and much longer lifetime.
2. 8 pcs of 2.2kw water cooling spindle.
3. Original NC studio 4 axis control system,very powerful and professional for 4 axis;can memorize the working process.
4. Coated Ball screw gives it good resolution and less noise. We use Taiwan TBI brand,more stable and precise;For Z axis,we use double ballscrew,which has bigger and stronger holding power.
5. We use accurate LM linear (Taiwan HIWIN) 25#, more stable,higher precision,longer lifetime and lower noise.
6.8 pcs of Rotary device: max. Diameter: 300mm, max. length: 1200mm.
7.Double use worktable. The flat table can be movable,so you can both work on flat and cylinder objects.
