1:Professional Mold design (2D/3D):
Multi cavity mold, Hot runner mold, Mirror mold, Transparent mold,Over mold & double color mold, Deep cavity mold, Air-assistant mold, etc.
Detail about Mould Design:
* Mould Base: LKM mould base with steel 1.1730 will be used unless customer has other requirements.
* Mould Component: HASCO or DME equivalent component
* Hot Runner system: YUDO, HUSKY, MOULDMASTER, etc.
Design team :
Order comfirm, Design department will hold an meeting to discuss part mold draft, and suggest modified solution if needed, in order to save cost and shorten production time for customers, ensure relative mold makers know all customers requirement.
