Remove the microwaveable heat pack from the cover and heat in a microwave.
Place the product onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven.
Fold over the microwaveable inner pack if it does not sit flat on the turntable.
Make sure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything that could cause burning.
Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely.
Allow to stand for 30 seconds before removal.
In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and
condition of the microwaveable inner pack. Do not use if damaged.

e. How to buy our products? What is payment term?

4) Shipment: we make shipment by sea/air according to sales contract.
