Now,Yi Xun have 10 sets injection machines, tonnage from 80T, 100T, 150T, 250T, up to 380T and skilled technicians which can satisfy production task.

Production Flow

1: received client 3D drawing or sample,

2: Design the Mold , and sent the 3D design drawing to client's comfirm,

3: Machinning the Mold, including the CNC , EDM , Polishing etc.

4: Test the mold, in this stage, we will install the Mold in our Injection Machine, get the sample,

5: Check to sample, we have 3D Measurement and 2D test,

6: sent sample by DHL OR Fedex to client's check. if ok, than ship out the mold, if not, than modify the mold.
