To activate:
Snap metal disc inside pouch several times back and forth to start reaction. Reaction causes gel to crystallize harden and heat up.
How to reuse:
(When pack is cold and hard). Wrap pouch in a small terry cloth or towel and immerse in a pan of water and bring to boil. Simmer until pack is clear for approximately 15 minutes or until all crystals have dissolved. Carefully remove from boiling water and leave to cool. Pouch can be reused dozens of times. Repeat steps above. Only activate from cold.
CAUTION:
Pouch becomes HOT, so do not place pouch directly on bare skin. Do not puncture pouch. If pouch punctures, dispose of responsibly. Do not over bend or break metal disc, a firm snapping action is all that is required to start reaction. If contents touch skin or eyes, rinse with running water. If swallowed consult a doctor. Not for use if diabetic or paralysed. Not for use on areas of sensitive skin. Do not microwave or boil in a kettle. Do not place on hot surface.
Main Ingredients: aqua, sodium acetate.
