1, How to pay to you ?
T/T inadvance or by Others . We can accept 30% deposit , and balance paid to us before delivery machine to
you .
2, How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 15 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according
to clients specific requirements.
3. I want a size that you don`t make as standard, is this possible?
Absolutely, we can design and manufacture any size our clients require.
4. I am new to CNC, how difficult are your machines to operate?
We help a lot of beginners in CNC, if you have a reasonable knowledge of computers and are willing to spend
a little time learning it is not that bad.We can also offer installation and operator training service upon request.
Clients have to responsible for the expenses on traveling, food and accommodation.
5. How do you send your CNC machine?
They are firstly packaged in wooden case. Usually, we send machine by ship, sometimes, as customer's
requirement, send by air or by train. When the goods arrive at your sea port or destination, you can pick up
goods with the bill of lading we offered. Or we can arrange the cargo agent to send goods to you.
6. How is your waranty and service?
After clients purchased our products, our sales with contact with clients frequently, to help clients solve any
problem regarding to our products. Also, we recommend clients to prepare some spare parts. We can also
send spare parts and wearing parts to clients who need them urgently.
All our CNC router, laser engraving machine, and plasma cutting machines are provided with one year
warranty, during which some components and parts can be replaced .
