Working principles:
YLP fiber is developed in co-operation with German and Britain laser companies by using the cutting-edge technologies. YVO4-added double-layer optic-fiber is used as the laser medium, and powerful diode will act as exciter to create laser. Laser beam output through optic-fiber laser generator, and then under the control of the computer, the galvanometer scanning system which can change the path of the laser beam to accomplish automatic marking.
Performance:
1,Imported laser generator and scanner guarantee the high efficiency of the electron-light transformation, the less of power consumption, and high-speed with less of total power.
2,Smaller size and high quality fine-lined laser beam is special for high-resolution marking and reliable performances belong working spans.
3, No consumption parts, maintenance-free, air cooling inside.
4,The software system has interfaced with Windows and comprises files output such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, etc. It also support graphic file formats, for example, PLT, DXF, PCX or BMP etc. And use SHX, TTF fonts directly. Automatic code, sequence number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code are supported by the software as well as the opposite side figures marking.
