Q. You are factory or company?
We are company with our own factory which specialized in shoes exporting for 10 years.
Q: Can I get the samples?
We can send you the samples but the samples are charged $30-50 per pair and the freight
should be paid by customer.But if there is order for samples, we would pay back the sample
fee. Essentially we send the samples for free with orders.Please be rest assured of that.
Q. How long to make samples?
Usually we need One weeks to make the samples.
Q: Can I print my logo on the shoes?
Yes, we can print your logo on the shoes if the order quantity can reach our factory MOQ.
Q. How long the mass production can be produced?
Normally it takes 25 days after CFM samples are confirmed.
Q. How can you control the quality for us?
We will make confirmation samples according to your requirement until get your approval for bulk
production.Our professional QC will stay in factory to monitor the bulk production from start to the
end, to make sure factory goes in right way as confirmed samples.Before shipment, if you need we
can send shipping sample with correct packing for your checking.
Q: As a new customer, I want to know the payment terms between us.
Normally the following two terms of payment are acceptable: 30% deposit by T/T before mass
production, and the balance should be paid upon you got the copy of B/L, after we got the
payment, we will send you the original documents.
